With over 18 years' experience as a Deputy Head and Assistant Head across Gloucestershire schools, our founder brings deep, practical knowledge of the education system from the inside. A qualified SENDCo for the majority of that career, she has held the role across multiple schools and settings — and knows exactly what good SEND provision looks like.
But this isn't just professional.
